NaNoWriMo Update

I’ve officially decided to go to WisCon next year, and have bought a ticket. Broad Universe usually has a rapid-fire reading at WisCon. If they do again, I’ll be there, reading something. I have until May to decide what, but if the reading was tomorrow it...Wow.
The story I’m working on now? It feels so much like science fiction to write, but I’m pretty sure it reads as fantasy. It’s an alternate history story where something supernatural happens, and I can’t get over how much it feels like science...Question answered.
I wrote 818 words of the story that needed research tonight, and in my opinion, it’s fantasy. My brain suddenly gave me a main character and started spitting out words. There’s even a plot, which surprised me because I wasn’t sure what it was until I...Wiscon!

I’m outlining like the guy with the chalk at a kool-aid party. I’m anxious about the NaNoWriMo thing and want to be prepared. I mean, really, really, hard-core serious prepared. Right now I’m doing the infamous snowflake that They [TM] tout on the...NaNoWriMo.
