No one mentions supply chain problems for witches. Alas.

Seriously, do you know the cost of a decent cauldron these days? And then there are the actual ingredients. Moonstone and alabaster are one thing, but even quartz has had its issues. Hawthorne, valerian, lemon verbena. Oak leaves. A cast-off snakeskin. A hatched raven’s egg. Feathers from a bird of prey.

I do the best I can with the items in my kitchen. Sea salt. Herbs. Eggs. Milk. Honey. Olive oil. Bread dough. Pomegranate seeds. Apples.

In short: I’ll do what I can for you, but I might have to improvise.
